at 6 a.m. I wake up and have breakfast.

At 6.30 a.m. I run for one hour and then go to a gym to do some physical exercise.

At 9 a.m. I practice shooting for one hour.  

From 10 to 11 I usually have a rest.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. I chase criminals and solve crimes.

At 3 p.m. I always have lunch with my best friends.

At 4 p.m. I go to the swimming pool and relax there for one hour.

At 5 p.m. I go to the police station and offer my help to them.

From 5 to 8 p.m. we pursue robbers, thieves and other criminals.

At 8 p.m. I have supper with my family.

At 9 p.m. I watch cartoons with my children for 45 minutes.

At 10 p.m. I look out of the window to find some criminals. If there are criminals there, I go and catch them. Otherwise I go to bed.
