My mother and father try to be healthy. They run in the morning, eat healthy food, go to bed early, but sometimes, after a nervous week at office, my father catches a cold. He has a sore throat, a headache and a temperature. He lies on his bed and always coughs. Mum gives him medicine and hot tea and after some days, dad is healthy again.
