The assistant offerd him a nice one and asked what size he took.
Alexander thought that it was size 44.
The assistant offered him one.
Alexander asked the price.
The assistant said it was $4.50.
Alexander gave the assistand a five dollar bill.
And the assistant gave him 50 pence change.
