 - Nice to meet you, Mike. I'm Duncan McKinley from Edinburgh.

- No, it isn't. Edinburgh is not very big, but it is one of the most beautiful cities in Britain. Edinburgh is known for its beautiful sceneries, historic castle, rolling hills, and incredible architecture. People who live there are very friendly and nice.

 - First of all, you should visit the thousand-year-old castle, where the kings of Scotland lived for centuries. It is the heart of our city. Also I recommend you to visit Saint Giles Cathedral, Mary King's Close and Museum of Childhood. 

 - You can find a lot of souvenir shops on the Princes Street in the New Town.

 - I suppose, in August. It is the time when our famous Military Tattoo is held at Edinburgh Castle.  

 - It is a kind of festival performed by British Armed Forces, Commonwealth and International military bands. Their show is really exciting, and many tourists come to Edinburgh every year to see it.
