A mixer is an electronic device. A mixer is our helper in the kitchen. We use it when we want to mix something. We use it when we make dough, beat up eggs, make stuffing and so on. There can be stand mixer and hand mixer. It consists of the motor, which drives one or two beaters. The beaters are immersed in the food to be mixed.
