What do you usually have for breakfast? Is it different from the full English breakfast or the continental breakfast? Please помогите! :3

We usually have for breakfast toasts, pancakes with sour cream and other Russian food. I think this is really small different from English and Russian breakfast. We also have food from continental breakfast
