St.  Valentine Day is a very popular holiday  in Great Britain.  On this day people give each other presents as a symbol of love.  Most often they are cards, sweets and flowers.  People  also often kiss each other when giving presents.  Though mostly young people celebrate it, older people also give and get presents.  Sometimes people get together and have small parties.  But more often they prefer to spend this day with those whom they love most of all.
