My Favourite Monster

When I had my fifth birthday party, I was given a DVD with a few episodes of Sesame Street. That was the day when I first saw Elmo and I liked him immediately.

Elmo is a short red furry monster that looks and thinks like a little child. He has got big eyes, a large orange nose and a big smile on his face. He likes to hug people, he is curious, open-minded and he loves to learn new things. This monster never gets angry, he is always optimistic. Elmo was like a friend for me and I learnt together with him.

There are a lot of monsters in Sesame Street but Elmo is still my favourite.
