Помогите подкорректировать мое сочинения про здоровый образ жизни на английском языке пожалуйста. Даю 32 балла.
Я считаю, что каждый человек должен соблюдать здоровый образ жизни. К примеру я, делаю по утрам зарядку, моюсь холодной водой, ем кашу, а по вечерам занимаюсь плаванием. Отрицательно отношусь к табачным изделиям и алкогольным напиткам.Вся моя семья ведет здоровый образ жизни, не курят, не пьют, я стараюсь всегда брать пример с них. Я, как и мои родители, тоже хочу быть крепким, сильным и здоровым, чтобы не тратить свою жизнь на болезни и лекарства.К сожалению, не многие ведут здоровый образ жизни, и это сильно скажется на их будущей жизни.

I believe that every person should follow a healthy lifestyle. For example, I do morning exercises, wash with cold water, eat porridge and evening swimming. Negative attitude to tobacco products and alcoholic beverages.My whole family leads a healthy lifestyle, don't smoke, don't drink, I always try to follow their example. I  believe that every person should lead a healthy lifestyle. I try to be healthy, to achieve it do morning exercises, take a cold shower, eat healthy life and go   swimming several times a week. I've never smoked and I have a  negative attitude to those who smoke. I also dislike people using  alcoholic beverages.My  family leads a healthy lifestyle, don't smoke, don't drink, I always try to follow their example. I, like my parents, want to be strong and healthy. It's stupid  to waste my life on illnesses and their treatment..Unfortunately, not many people have a healthy lifestyle, and it will negatively  affect their future life.
