-Oh, dear, we've run out of vegetables and there is no milk in the fridge.
-Well, let's have a look. Ok, I think we should go to the shop.
-Let's write the shopping list first. Well, we need to buy a carton of milk, tomatoes, potatoes...and....have we got any eggs?
-Yes, there are some eggs but not many.
-Shall I write down eggs too?
-Yes...a dozen of eggs, a loaf of bread....what about cheese?
-We have a lot of cheese.
-Ok...and what about fruit?
-We have some apples but no oranges or grapes.
-So... bananas, grapes and pears....anything else?
-No I think that's enough for now.
-Let's check our shopping list. 1- a carton of milk, 2 -two or three tomatoes, 3- a kilo of potatoes, 4 -a dozen of eggs, 5-a loaf of bread, 6-some bananas, 7-some grapes, 8-some pears,  and 9-one bottle of ketchup. I can't do witout it.
