In the dictionary term "book" means pages fastened together  inside a cover. But for me books means much more. I love reading because it gives good advices, help in relationships, shows different countries and makes me feel free.  Besides reading is to the mind that exercise is to the body. Reading helps our brain to be in 'good shape". So for me reading books is healthy and interestig hobby.
