... So good to be back home from hospital! You know i've spent nearly a month there, but haven't not fully recovered yet. Every morning i have a hesdache and feel so weak that i could stay in bed till late in the evening. I wish i could go back to my normal self quickly. What would you recommend? Do you know anyone who's been in the same situation and coped with it? Where can i look for advice?

Thank you very much for your last letter. I`m very glad that you are at home again. I don't know who was in this situation, but I can give you a couple of tips.

 

You have not fully recovered yet, so I think you need a help of doctor. He will help you.

You have a headache in the morning? Try to take some pills for headache. I advise you to take aspirin. This should help.

There are folk methods of dealing with the headache. For  example, if you inhale the aroma of peppermint, lemon or lavender  headache may  quiet  down or go away. You can also rub a few drops of lavender or peppermint oil to the area of the temples.
