To me to be in good shape, I try to eat right, no snacking, not eating a lot of fatty foods. Don't eat a lot of sweets, crisps. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Regularly visit the pool. I go to the gym, sports: volleyball, gymnastics. Just go to physical education in schools. While I respect all the rules I have mood good digestion and metabolism.
