Чтобы сделать отрицательную форму, во всех предложениях поменяй will на won't. Для вопроса пишу только что нужно поменять местами, остальное в предложениях так же остается, первое предложение напишу полностью для примера чтобы было понятно. 1. Will he travel by train? 2. Will she.... 3. Will they... 4. Will the workers.... 5. Will she.... 6. Will we.... 7. Will I.... 8. Will they....9. Will we.... 10. Will they....

Для отрицательное предложения пишется didn't и глагол меняется с past в present форму. Например : 1) I didn't learn these words. He didn't give me this book.
2) They didn't work hard. He didn't bring me fresh newspaper. И тд

для вопроса опять же меняется глагол с past на simple и did ставится в начале предложения и используется чтобы указать на прошлое время и задать вопрос. Например 1) Did I learn these words? Did he give me this book?

Ну, сравнительно быстро
причем я учусь заочно. 2 сессии в год. в сессии - 4 пары англ по 45 минут.. толком ничего не объясняют. лучше как то отмучаться, вот такими способами. и ариведерчи. =)
