Нe plays for the school  football team. - Does he play for the school football team? ( Он играет за школьную футбольную команду?) - No,he doesn't play for the school football team. (Нет, он не играет за шк. футбольную команду). - короткие ответы: - Yes, he does.  - Да. 
No, he doesn't. - Нет.
