2 маленьких текста.Помогите пожалуйста выбрать самое важное для перессказа из них. Просто там какой-то бред и я не могу разобраться. Буду очень признательна

В принципе, тут все нужно пересказать, я могу лишь написать, как бы я рассказал первое.
Buddists has an old selebration called the butter lamp festival it was created due to a belief that nothing is permanent.Several months before the selebration date which is 9th of March monks starts their preparations:Making material for statues and creating sculptures themselfs. During the selebration, these sculptures are carried throught the streets and happily greeted by people.By the end of the selebration monks throws all statues into  a river to demonstrate that even the most beautiful things can not last forever.

Во втором так же надо упомянуть дату, процесс праздника и его историю.
