1)I was born in a beautiful village. 
2)We lived in a nice cottage with a garden 
3)When I was a little boy, I was playing near the old mill, while my mother taught children at a local school.
4)I loved playing in the woods near the village and hunt for frogs in the narrow green rivers.
5)I haven't been in this village for many years. Now I'm back, but the place has changed a lot

2) We lived in a nice cottage with a garden. Глагол to live не является переходным и в страдательном залоге не употребляется.

4) I loved playing in the woods near the village and frogs were hunted for by me in the narrow green rivers.
5) This village hasn't been visited by me for many years. Now I'm back, but the place has changed a lot.
