My favorite site, besides social networks, is photomontage-online.ru
I love this site because it helps me create beautiful pictures or correct other photos.
This site have a lot of useful functions which helps me every day.
For example, amazing photo effects. My favorite is old-fashion style, creative and retro style. This effects inspire me.
There are excellent font (types). You can load picture and put on it grange type. Looks very fantastic.
If you want to have a fun, there are funny stickers which you can attache on photo. It's look very hilarious. 
Also, I love so much borders of photoexample, ink border. And with this effect photo looks like old photo.
Inspite of  all this functions, this site have got photoshops element. You can remove, paint, bleach, change contrast and others different effects.
plesant bonus of this  site is collage. there you can create collage of photos with friends.
However it is not professional photoshop, but it's nothing.!!1
