Hello, Samantha! Thanks for your letter! I was very glad to receive it! Today is Sunday. I am at home now. The weather is fine today and later I will go walking with my friend. My mother is cooking now. Today we’ll eat borsch. I like it. It is a traditional Russian soup with cabbage, beets and other vegetables. It is tasty and beautiful. It is red! I also like pelmeni. It is also a Russian traditional dish. We eat them with sour cream. But I don’t like chicken and fish.  Have you ever eaten borsch or pelmeni? What is your favorite dish? What don’t you like to eat?
