I agree with the statement that a lot of friends are a waste of time because it is silly to have a lot of friends that you can`t even tell something important to. It`s better to have one or two friends that you can fully trust.(первый вариант) I don`t agree that a lot of friends is a waste of time. I think that it is more fun to spend time with your friends rather than alone. People get happier if they have a lot of friends.

I agree with the statement that people cannot do without friends. I guess that there are such difficult situations when you need friens` support and help. Sometimes you can`t solve all your problems and that is when you need an understandind friend.
