Dear Sir or Madan,

My name is Vasia Pupkin and I’m looking for an apartment or a house to rent. First of all, it should be not far from Bristol University – 5 or 10 minutes walk, not farther. I’m short of money so I’m very unpretentious in my demands. I need 4 bedrooms, one big living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and big balcony or backyard. It’s very important for me to have jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms and swimming pool somewhere there. Internet connection is also very important. I need one king-size bed for myself in one of the bedrooms. It will be nice to have special place for my sports equipment. Oh! I forgot to mention a big garage for my 2 cars.  I’m going to stay in the University for 4 years so, please, arrange the long-term rental agreement. And, please, send me the pictures of the rooms or the link to their website.
