There are many facts about how dogs help each other or people in distress. Much less known stories are when dogs rescue some other helpless animal. But nevertheless, this is also not uncommon. Listen to the eyewitness account. It is about a dog who, out of compassion, brought to life the drowning kitten in the river.Pulling the baby out of the water, she brought it to the man standing on the beach. However, he was the master of the kitten, who came here with the intention of drowning the poor thing in the river.
The cruel man repeated his attempt. And the dog again saved the kitten, but no longer dragged the rescued to him. She swam with an unhappy cub in her teeth to another shore - to her home. The dog was carried away by a fast current, it choked - after all, having compressed teeth, it was possible to strangle the kitten. But the fearless animal managed to overcome the dangerous river.With the baby in the teeth, the dog appeared in the kitchen of her master's house and laid a wet ball near the warm stove. From that time the animals became inseparable. We learn more and more about the selfless actions of the most diverse dogs - both pedigreed and mongrel. And it's painful to realize how many of these homeless wonderful animals wander the streets in search of our care and love.

Есть немало фактов о том, как собаки помогают друг другу или попавшим в беду людям. Гораздо меньше известны истории, когда собаки спасают какое-нибудь другое беспомощное животное. Но тем не менее, такое тоже не редкость.

Вот послушайте рассказ очевидца. Речь в нём идёт о собаке, которая из сострадания возвратила к жизни тонувшего в реке котёнка.Вытащив малыша из воды, она принесла его к стоявшему на берегу человеку. Однако тот оказался хозяином котёнка, который пришёл сюда с намерением утопить бедняжку в реке.

Жестокосердный мужчина повторил свою попытку. И собака снова спасла котёнка, но уже не потащила к нему спасённого.

Она поплыла с несчастным детёнышем в зубах к другому берегу – к своему родному дому. Собаку сносило быстрым течением, она захлёбывалась – ведь слишком сжав зубы можно было придушить котёнка.

Но бесстрашное животное сумело-таки преодолеть опасную реку.

С малышом в зубах собака явилась на кухню дома своего хозяина и положила мокрый комочек возле тёплой печи. С той поры животные стали неразлучны.

Мы всё больше и больше узнаём о самоотверженных поступках самых разных собак – и породистых и беспородных. И больно осознавать, как много этих бездомных замечательных животных скитается по улицам в поисках нашей заботы и любви.
