Dear footbal coach,
I can't play in the football match next Saturday. Unfortunately, I have broken my leg. I will be at hospital for 1 month.

I really apologise, it is terrible that I let down our team. 

I hope our team will be excellent at game. We had been training for a plenty of time. We completely deserve victory. I'm sure our dreams will come true.
