You bought a CD player at a department store in London and it stopped working the next day. Write 10 sentences about what a person must/mustn’t or have / doesn’t have to do in this situation.

if a cd player stopped working the next day you have a right to change it to a new one or get your money back. Go to the shop, but remember - you must have a check. It will help you to proove that you have bought a player there. Also you'll have to bring the pakage. You mustn't be rude to the shops stuff - people will help you anyway, but if you are polite, it will improove your chances. But in case if you  broke the thing by yourself, you don't have a chek or players box -  shop doesn't have to make a change or money returning. Good luck!
