We all look forward to the weekend, whether it is to spend time wit family, see friends or do those odd jobs around the home and garden. But one thing’s for sure, weekends never seem to last long enough!
As for me, I like to pass my leisure time both in active and passive way. I really enjoy reading (especially fantastic and drama books) or watching films and series, because it's always interesting, helpful and helps to relax, what is especially necessary after a long tiring day. I prefer to watch films and series subtitles, because it helps me to improve my skills in English language. Also I am fond of active sports, swimming, skiing or roller- skating from time to time, when it is possible. Sometimes you feel you need to escape from everyday worries and to do something no thought-provoking. In many cases I can't let me doing anything very extraordinary, so I just go for a walk. It really helps to release the tension and refresh the mind. And one of the my favourite hobbies is listening to music. Now I can say that music is a big part of my life. Sometimes it gives me new power, sometimes inspires and sometimes just relaxes me. My music depends on my mood, but my favorite genre is rock.
