Tim Berners-Lee was born in London (England). His parents, Conway Berners-Lee and Mary Lee Woods, were both mathematicians and worked on the creation of «Manchester Mark I», one of the first computers. Tim went to school in the city of Wandsworth Emanuel, then at King's College in Oxford. There he assembled his first computer with a processor M6800 with a TV as a monitor.
