The first people appeared on Earth about 2.5 million years ago. They lived in caves, so their second name is "cavemen". Ancient people lived in tribes.It was impossible to survive alone in the hard conditions of wildlife. They made everything by themselves and they had very simple lives.Men were great hunters and fishermen, they also made tools. Women had children, kept the fire burning, prepared food and made clothes.Ancient people had a dangerous life.  There was no medicine and they didn't live long.The 30-year-old man was considered an old man.Cave was not only a place where the fire was burning in the cold, it was also the altar.The cavemen painted their first "icon" pictures of victories over the wild animals.Some pictures are really great.
