Some people think that school is impossible to achieve a good level of English. There are some reasons: not enough the number of lessons or Not enough experienced teachers. Еlse there is a reason - bad school program.
However in decent schools don't have none of these negative qualities.
In modern life, school improved, program for learning English becomes easier to understand, so two or three lessons a week is enough to reach a good level of languages.
In the end I can say that in a usual school we can reach a good level of English. For this we need to understand the teacher, not to be lazy and always do homework.
