1 Firstly,learning languages is becoming more popular because it helps us to gain a better appreciation of our own language.Secondly,learning foreign languages is extremely beneficial.I reckon that knowledge of foreign languages helps to make a person educated and well-rounded.Thirdly,learning foreign languages allow us to know different cultures and broaden our mind.

2 Nowadays a lot of people learn English.To my mind,English is the most popular foreign language now.It has become the standard language for all kinds of international communication and the world’s top tongue.Moreover,it’s going to become a global language dominating the world’s trade,computers and media.In my opinion,knowledge of English gives a lot of advantages in life.Actually,a person can get a better job,have a successful career and earn more.Besides,it is very useful when you travel abroad,it expands horizons.
