Queen Victoria is the last representative of the Hanoverian dynasty, Queen of Great Britain and Ireland, Empress of India, who ruled the state for 63 years.
Princess Victoria of Kent was born on May 24, 1819 in the Kensington Palace of the capital of Great Britain. The princess was brought up in Kensington Palace under the strict system worked out by the Duchess of Kent. Victoria never stayed alone, she shared her bedroom with her mother and was trained every day under the guidance of the governess - Baroness Lezen - German, English, French, Latin, arithmetic, music and painting.
