Плов это блюдо восточной кухни. Это тушеный рис с мясом на открытом огне. Для начала, обжарь много лука, мяса и моркови со специями. Затем положи рис сверху мяса и залей водой. Накрой крышкой, не поднимая в дальнейшем. После 10 минут тушения плов будет готов. Это очень вкусное блюдо для меня.

In the last letter you asked me about my favorite dish. I would like to tell you about such a dish as pilaf.Pilau is a dish of oriental cuisine. This is steamed rice with meat on an open fire. To begin with, fry a lot of onions, meat and carrots with spices. Then put the rice on top of the meat and fill it with water. Cover it without raising it in the future.
