Hi, Ben,

I was glad to receive your letter. I’m sorry I haven’t answered for a long time, because I was busy preparing to my exams.

In your letter you asked me, why don’t some people want to have any pets. I think, these people are afraid of responsibility or, maybe, they don’t love animals.

I don’t approve of keeping exotic pets, because it might be harmful for animals and sometimes for their owners.

The most popular pets in my country are dogs, if I’m not mistaken. There are different breeds of dogs: from very small to huge. They’re devoted and noble.
