Для утверждения мы используем 1. there is (единственное число существительного, либо неисчисляемое. Например: Apple, butter, water, Coke)
2. There are (множественное число существительного. Например: apples, flowers, monkeys)
Для вопроса вспомогательный глагол ( Is, Are) ставим на первое место!
Например: Is there any milk in the fridge?
Are there some flowers in the vase?
