Conflict – what is it? Conflict is a clash of opposing interests, opinions or views of different people. It is an argument between people.
Conflicts happen because people are often confronted interests with each other, and because of this begins misunderstanding.
For example, two friends argued about some new things and didn't come to a common opinion, and a conflict happened.
I think that conflicts should to be solved, because conflict it is a bad thing, which does people angry and agressive in relative to each other.
If between people there is a conflict, it is imperative to find a way out of the situation and a conflict should be solved.
