The Global panorama of international education recently changed. Many countries compete with each other in order to attract talented students. As a result, the 'brain circulation' happens and student receive an international education. 
English- speaking and western-european countries traditionally continue to attract the major number of international students. Developing countries are trying to compete with them on the international education market. Thus, for example, China are giving away special grants for international students. 
One of the motifs for the education abroad is knowledge of the language. English language remains the most popular among students. Many courses and educational programmes are taught in english. However, the popularity of english language in non-english speaking countries has its disadvantage- people do not often use local languages and this violates one of the fundamental principles of the global education. 
International education has to pass on international experience, and students have to receive knowledge through the immersion into unknown culture and language.
