7 If I weren't busy, I would pick the children up. - Если бы  я не был занят, я бы забрал детей. (If I picked the children up, I wouldn't be busy - Если бы я забрал детей, то я не был бы занят - Такой вариант предложения мне кажется немного нелогичным, но если обязательно с первым словосочетанием использовать if clause , тогда возможно)
8 If you drank much wine, you would feel sleepy. - Если бы ты пил много вина, то чувствовал бы себя сонным 
9 If I were married, I would have lunch at home. - Если бы я был женат (была замужем), то я бы обедал (-а) дома
10 If Peter lived in a house, he would have a dog. - Если бы Питер жил в доме, то у него была бы собака.
