Thus, there are a lot of them in the market. The most popular ones are that promote themselves as home-helpers. Such home-helpers in a broad sense can be seen as a computer dedicated to monitor your house. For example, prepare you a cup of coffee in the morning at the right time or set up the temperature at the preferable level. They are basically connected to all technical devices you have at you house and make them work automatically. However, there are also separate devices introduced to the market like “smart” fridge or even a toilet, which do not only operate
for the purpose of their basic function but add more useful options to make our lives more comfortable. However, it leads us again to the question raised in the popular tv series like Black Mirror- if these technologies really make our life easier and safer or take the part of our humanity?
