Customer asked shop assistant could she (he) buy a pair of skates in their shop? Shop assistant answered that the department she (he) wants is on the second floor. Customer asked where do they sell warm boots. Shop assistant answered that they sell them in this floor, over there on the left. Customer thanked shop assistant.
