все предложения употреблены в Present Perfect. в passive конструкция has/have + III меняется на has/have been + III. соответственно:
1. An apple has/had been eaten(by me).
2. Five miles have/had been cycled(by us).
3. The present has/had been opened(by Ann).
4. The book hasn't/hadn't been read(by them).
5. The parcel hasn't/hadn't been sent(by you).
6. The issue hasn't been agreed(by them).
7. The thieves haven't been caught(by the police).
