Example: We should take some exercise to keep fit.
a) get up earli in the morning, do morning exercises;
b) stay in bed till 11 o clock, eat too much, walk a lot;
c) drink milk and juice, smoke eat fruit and vegetables;
d) drink fizzy drinks, work too hard, go to bed earli.
