Every nation has memorable dates on its calendar. These are the days that every person should remember. The days that changed the history of the country. In the calendar of Russia, too, there are many such dates. On May 1st we celebrate the Spring and Trud Holiday. The 9th of May is the Victory Day. I believe that this day is the most important, most touching holiday of Russia. On this day, all thanks to the veterans of the Great Patriotic War for a peaceful sky over our heads. On the eighth of March - the holiday of our mothers, grandmothers, sisters,International Women's Day. We give them gifts and we say affectionate words of gratitude. On the twelfth of June we celebrate the youngest holiday - the Day of Russia. And, of course, the most favorite holiday of all children is the New Year, which is celebrated on January 1.
In the calendar of the country there are many more memorable dates. But the main thing is not what is written in the calendar, but what each of us feels for these dates in our heart.
