I would like to tell you about celebrating New year in Russia. It is the most important holiday so we celebrate it together with family or friends. We usually cook tasty meal for New year's night and buy presents. At the evening we gather together and start celebrating. We eat celebrating meal and drink juice or something else but my parents drink champagne. After it we present our gifts to each other and wish something good. Also I send greetings cards to my friends or call them to wish happy new year.
