Don't worry , somebody will find the lost dog . - don't worry, the lost dog will be found by somebody.

Andy offered me a sandwich . - A sandwich was offered me by Andy.

His parents will encourage him to look for a job. -He was  encouraged to look for a job by his parents.

Have you switched off the TV set? - Have the TV set been switched off?
