The internet is a very important source of information for people. Also It's very useful for students, because it helps them in studies. For example, the Internet helps you to prepare for the lessons, find a lot of scientific information and etc. Also you can spend your free time on the Internet. But on the other hand, the Internet is very dangerous. It affects us very much, especially young people. There are a lot of diseases that are the result of playing computer games and spending too much time in networks. We do sport and walk less and less, and spend time sitting at a computer. That's why, you shouldn't misuse it. You should spend less time in the Internet and live an active lifestyle.
