Dolma in Azerbaijani style is made from grape leaves, ground beef, rice, greens. Prepare the filling, leaves, wrap and bake. Dolma is prepared in Azerbaijani for an hour and a half.

Cooking time: 2 hours.

Ingredients

Minced meat - 450 Grams (lamb or beef)

Grape leaves, canned - 350 Grams (one can)

Onion - 2 Pieces (medium size)

Garlic - 1 Clove

Olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons

Pine nuts - 2 Art. spoons

Dried mint - 1 Art. spoon

Fresh chopped parsley - 3 Art. spoons

Long grain rice - 1/3 Glass

Dill dried (twigs) - 1 Art. spoon

Beef broth - 2 Glasses

Lemon juice - 2 Art. spoons
