1) Плюсы - ты будешь знаменит и богат. Минусы - если ты не понравишься людям на шоу, рейтинги уйдут вниз, и тебя уволят.
2) Людям нравится смотреть реалити-шоу, потому что они думают, что это не постановка, а настоящая реальность. И все что происходит на сцене - реально.
