I always wanted a dog, but my parents do not allow me to have it! I was asking them several times and I have got nothing. Than I had success! I achieved my goal and now I have a dog (name of the dog). How did I do that?
Firstly, try to write pros and cons why you should have it. If there are more pros, show the list to your parents. If you have more cons, do not do that!
Secondly, try to understand for what do you need it! Say something like "I want a friend! I do not know anyone, who could be so reliable as dog!"
Thirdly, just find a solution on the internet! In my opinion, it is very common poser, so you would definitely find an answer!
