The breakfast in Russia maybe be different everyday, you might it porridge, eggs or even yesterday's left over Borsh. However not so many customs differ, for example everyday the British and Russian drink black tea.

1) why do British people eat heavy breakfast ? (to have energy for the day)

2) why do kids in Russia eat porridge(kasha) ?( to be healthy)

At home I often eat healthy because my mom cooks good food, for example soups and sometimes I like to eat chips and drink cola.
