For the digits on the clock to be 20, let's try 3:59.3+5+9=19. A bit low right. Let's try 4:59.

4+5+9=18. Again let's try 5:59. 5+5+9=19. And now let's try 6:59. 6+5+9=20.Here comes our digits on the clock for their sun to be 20 (first after 3:47)

So why I only used the 3:59 or 4:59 or 6:59, because this combination gives a sun which is the highest for that particular hour. So from 3:47 to 6:59 it's 3 hours and 12 minutes. One hour=60 minutes and 3 hours =180 minutes

180 minutes +12 minutes =192 minutes

So that happens first after 192 minutes.
