1. Firstly, I`ll advise him to contact a wedding steward or event agency. I think they have much experience in organizing wedding. They can help with ceremony, banquet, photos, entertainment for the guests and other services.  

2. My ideal wife/husband will have a great sense of humor and will be smart. It doesn`t matter how she/he looks, I hope she/he will be kind, reliable and honest.
